Dabar Development Plans 183 Affordable Housing Units in Bedford-Stuyvesant

Mayor de Blasio’s Housing New York initiative to develop more affordable housing throughout the city will bring a total of 183 units for seniors and low- to moderate-income households to 1921 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. Dabar Development Partners and Thorobird Real Estate are behind the project and are two of the eight Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) chosen by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development to bring six 100 percent affordable housing projects to Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan.
