Thomas Campbell

Thomas is a founder and leads the origination, negotiation and execution of Thorobird investments. Thomas leverages an accomplished background in investment management as a quantitative analyst and portfolio manager for Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. A graduate of the Colgate University, he holds both a B.A. in Economics and is an active Member of the Colgate Real Estate Club of New York. He also has a MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School.
Mark Reed

Mark is lead investor and has worked with Thorobird since 2009. Mark is founder of Contact Fund, LLC. He is a former Vice President of Portfolio Management at the Bank of New York where he co-managed a $500 million bond portfolio. Since 1997, Mr. Reed has served on the Board of Directors of Simpson Investment Company, a fourth-generation, family-owned business based in Tacoma, Washington. He also currently serves as Chair of the Board of the Rudolf Steiner School in Manhattan. Mark holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
John Bonhomme

John leverages a successful career investment banking and private-equity sourcing and deploying over $150 billion in a variety of industries from banking to aerospace manufacturing. Mr. Bonhomme formerly worked in leveraged finance at J.P. Morgan and in fixed-income and investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he managed a client base with assets of $850 billion. John holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Colgate University and a MBA in Private Equity from the Cornell University Johnson School of Business.
Sandy Rozario

Sandy manages development and asset management of the Thorobird portfolio. Sandy leverages development experience in both new construction and preservation as well as property management, having developed and managed approximately 500 housing units. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology and Latin American Studies from Colgate University and a Master of Science in Urban Policy and Analysis from the Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy.
Taryn R. Jacoby

Taryn assists with analyzing and executing both prospective and current development projects of Thorobird. Her prior experience consists of internships at two Boston-based real estate companies, STAG Industrial, a publicly-traded REIT, and Leggat McCall Properties, a privately-held developer of multiple property types. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.
